The app is a product that allows footballers to visualise the data collected by the smart shin guards they wear during matches and training sessions, and my role was to design the setup process for pairing the shin guards with the app and create a user-friendly registration flow and data visualisation.

Many users skip the cross-selling section because it doesn't relate to the core product added to the chart, and because it shows more information than is really needed.

The Maze tool allowed us to test the newly designed proposal. The result obtained shows a good improvement of the clarity of the cross-selling step, in fact within 16 users only 4 had difficulties, obtaining the 81.3% of success rate.
